• This flat fee applies per order irrespective of size or weight.

2. Delivery Time

• 📦 Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped (estimate).

• Delivery times may vary for remote areas or during peak seasons like holidays/sales.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Processing may take longer on weekends or public holidays.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for customers within Pakistan (if you offer it).

• Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Address Requirements

To avoid delays, ensure you provide a complete & accurate delivery address, including:

• Full house/flat number

• Street name / main road

• Area / city

• Valid contact number

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery or incur additional charges.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email.

• If applicable, tracking information will be provided to monitor the delivery status.

7. Unforeseen Delays

Delivery timelines can be affected by:

• Public holidays

• Courier network delays

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

• Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
